Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered within *2 to 4 business days*.  
_Note: Deliveries are not made on Fridays and Public Holidays._

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email so you can track your parcel.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

*5. Order Cancellation & Returns*
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been dispatched yet.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
